Common Questions About Boba Charge
When will my order ship?
Residential chargers and accessories ship next day starting October 9, 2026. Commercial chargers ship no later than October 26, 2026. After that they're in stock and ship right away. The day yours ships you'll get an email with tracking, and you can cancel anytime before it ships for a full refund.
Who is Boba Charge for?
Boba Charge is designed for anyone who wants to offer paid EV charging without the cost and complexity of a traditional commercial charging station — including short-term rentals, small businesses, motels and B&Bs, apartments, parking lots, families, and roommates.
Do drivers need an app?
No. EV drivers simply scan the QR code with their phone, pay through the web-based payment portal, plug in, and charge.
How do owners control access and pricing?
Owners use the free Boba Charge owner app to activate, name, and monitor chargers, set pricing, receive payments, and even toggle off payment mode for personal use.
