Residential Fail to start charging
Work down this list in order. Most cases are the first two.
The light is red
Pull the Emergency Stop button out to release it, then unplug the charger and plug it back in. The light will flash green.
The charger will not connect
It needs stable Wi-Fi at the mounting spot, and your phone has to be on that same network while you set it up. If the signal is weak where the charger is mounted, that is the problem.
The light never turns yellow
Yellow means plugged in and starting. If it stays green flashing, reseat the connector in the car and check that the charger is inside its available hours in the app.
A driver says payment went through but nothing happened
Have them unplug and plug back in. If the light is red, release the Emergency Stop button first.
You want to charge your own car
Toggle Payments off in the app, connect the cable and tap Start Charging.
